Overview

This website is operated by Fully Surrendered Co. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Return and Refund Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use FSC content or trademarks without permission.

Products and availability

We work to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen colors, handmade or made-to-order production, garment washes, and supplier materials can create reasonable variation. Product availability, supplier stock, and fulfillment routes may change. Preview products are not available for purchase until their listings are activated.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices, shipping charges, and taxes are shown before an order is submitted. We may correct pricing or listing errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. Payment must be successfully authorized through the checkout provider.

Fulfillment

Many FSC products are made and shipped by independent fulfillment partners. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Products in the same order may ship separately.

Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Do not send merchandise back without return instructions.

Intellectual property

The Fully Surrendered Co. name, original artwork, photography, writing, graphics, and site presentation belong to Fully Surrendered Co. or their respective licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to reproduce or sell its design.

Third-party services

The store relies on third parties for payment, hosting, production, and delivery. Their services may be subject to additional terms. We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control, but we will work in good faith to resolve order problems.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fully Surrendered Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the store, products, or legal requirements change. The version posted when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
